What is Sunekos®?
Sunekos® is an injectable formula containing hyaluronic and amino acids. It stimulates fibroblasts in the skin, encouraging the natural production of collagen and elastin.
The result is visibly younger-looking skin and the preservation or restoration of the face’s natural volume.
At Decus Clinic, we offer two types of Sunekos®:
- Sunekos® 200 – designed to smooth fine lines and maintain facial volume.
- Sunekos® 1200 – helps reduce deeper wrinkles and restore lost facial volume.

Sunekos® 200 smooths fine lines
Sunekos® 200 injections are recommended if you’ve started to notice the first signs of ageing and want to refresh your skin.
- The injections work by stimulating the synthesis of collagen and elastin — the key proteins that improve skin elasticity.
- Sunekos® 200 also helps prevent hollow cheeks.
- In addition, it effectively reduces dark circles under the eyes.

Sunekos® 200 procedure
A very fine needle is used to make the procedure as comfortable as possible.
- Please arrive without makeup.
- If desired, a numbing cream can be applied beforehand.
- The full procedure, including the numbing time, takes around 30–40 minutes.
- The length and frequency of the treatment course are determined by the specialist.
Sunekos® 1200 lifts and restores volume
Deep wrinkles and sagging facial skin are usually caused by a loss of volume beneath the skin. Sunekos® 1200 injections provide an effective solution.
Sunekos® 1200 is a product designed to restore facial volume using a special Cushion technique.
Sunekos® 1200 Cushion technique
The Cushion technique combines Sunekos® 1200 and Sunekos® 200 to build a supportive structure within the subcutaneous tissue.
The treatment is carried out according to the following plan:
- Sunekos® 1200 procedure + first Sunekos® 200 procedure (on the same or the following day).
- Rest period of 10–14 days.
- Second Sunekos® 200 procedure.
- Rest period of 10–14 days.
- Third Sunekos® 200 procedure.
- Rest period of 10–14 days.
- Final Sunekos® 200 procedure.
Results
You will notice the first improvements a few days after the initial procedure, while the full effect is achieved at the end of the treatment course.
The achieved results can be maintained with a follow-up session 4–7 months after the course. The exact follow-up plan depends on which results you wish to prolong.
