Intimate area injections are becoming increasingly popular for vaginal rejuvenation and the treatment of various intimate concerns.
As part of this offer, you can choose the type of treatment that best suits your needs.
• Filler injections are used to enhance the appearance of the external area (such as the labia or clitoral region) and to augment the G-spot.
• Mesotherapy injections containing hyaluronic acid help relieve vaginal dryness and provide a rejuvenating effect.
Note: All procedures are performed exclusively by gynecologists.
How do lip fillers work?
Lip fillers work on the same principle as fillers used for any other area of the face. The active ingredient is a thick gel, primarily composed of hyaluronic acid, which is completely safe for the body.
The gel is injected beneath the skin in a way that allows the lips to be shaped as desired. It can be used to add volume to the lips or to enhance their contour. The effect gradually wears off as the body naturally breaks down and eliminates the filler.

Who are lip fillers suitable for?
Lip fillers are suitable for anyone who isn’t entirely satisfied with the shape or volume of their lips. For example, they can help if your lips appear thin or slightly asymmetrical. Lip enhancement doesn’t have to result in a dramatic change – sometimes all it takes is a single millilitre to achieve the desired balance.
With fillers, it’s possible to:
- refine the lip contours;
- make the lips more symmetrical;
- add volume and fullness;
- give narrow lips a more defined shape;
- smooth small lines around the mouth caused by ageing.
With the right amount of filler, we achieve a natural result — so subtle that an untrained eye won’t even notice it.
PS! The procedure is also suitable for men who wish to subtly adjust the shape of their lips. In such cases, a smaller amount of filler is used, without adding extra volume.
A simple and quick procedure
The lip enhancement procedure takes up to 60 minutes. First, a numbing cream is applied to the treatment area and left to work for 15–20 minutes.
Once the lips are numb, the injections cause minimal discomfort — only light pricking sensations. Many fillers contain lidocaine, a mild anaesthetic that further reduces any unpleasant sensations.
The results are visible immediately, but keep in mind that the lips will be slightly swollen and sensitive right after the procedure. The swelling usually subsides within a few days, and the final result can be seen within a week.
Results of lip fillers
In addition to enhancing facial contours, fillers can make your lips appear fuller and more beautifully shaped. Lip enhancement doesn’t need to be dramatic – sometimes that perfect touch of fullness comes from just one millilitre.
Lip fillers can:
- refine the lip contours;
- improve symmetry;
- add fullness;
- give narrow lips a softer, more balanced shape;
- smooth fine lines around the mouth.
If you’re looking for a clinic in Tallinn offering natural-looking lip fillers, Decus is the right place for you. With the precise amount of filler, we achieve a beautifully natural result that even a trained eye will find hard to detect.
PS! The procedure is equally suitable for men wishing to refine their lip shape. In such cases, a smaller quantity of filler is used to ensure a subtle, masculine result.

Frequently asked questions
The procedure isn’t completely painless. Although a fine needle is used for lip injections, the pricks can be felt to some extent. A numbing gel is applied to the lips before the procedure, and once it has taken full effect, it provides very effective relief. If the filler gel also contains lidocaine – a pain-relieving ingredient – any discomfort is reduced even further.
Of course, everyone’s pain threshold is different. Some clients are so accustomed to the treatment that they choose to skip the numbing gel altogether.
If you’re a little nervous about pain, book a free consultation and we’ll explain everything in detail. No one at Decus has ever decided against lip fillers because of discomfort.
The longevity of filler results varies from person to person. It depends on both your metabolism and lifestyle – the faster your metabolism and the more active you are, the sooner the filler may dissolve.
On average, lip fillers last at least a year and sometimes up to 18 months.
Lip fillers should be avoided only if there is an active cold sore on the lips. At other times, the procedure is perfectly safe.
Note: If you are prone to cold sores, take antiviral medication a few days before the procedure as a preventive measure. Without it, the lips may become irritated from the injections, and a new flare-up is almost certain to appear the following day.
Not at all. Lip fillers are becoming increasingly popular, and more and more men are discovering their benefits. However, men usually seek slightly different results — rather than adding fullness, they often wish to refine the shape of the lips or smooth fine lines around the mouth.
At Decus, lip fillers are not performed on clients under the age of 18.
In one session, filler is administered one syringe (1 ml) at a time — such a small amount makes it impossible to overdo. To create an unnatural “duck lip” look, it would take at least 3–4 ml of filler.
The worst that might happen is that once the swelling goes down, you may feel the result is a little too subtle and want to add a touch more.
If necessary, filler can also be safely dissolved, so even if too much is injected, it can easily be corrected.
Lips are elastic and naturally return to their original shape once the filler has broken down. Because this happens gradually, there’s no risk of your lips suddenly appearing “deflated” or wrinkled.
When the effect fades, your lips simply return to how they looked before the injections.
If you’d like to maintain the result, occasional top-up treatments are recommended. The frequency is individual and can be determined together with your specialist.
The best results come from finding a specialist whose style matches your preferences. Every practitioner has their own aesthetic approach, so it’s worth reviewing their previous work and discussing your expectations in advance.
A good specialist will always be honest about what’s realistic — and will aim for a natural, balanced result.
You can trust that a beautiful outcome matters just as much to the specialist as it does to you: every result reflects their skill and serves as their best advertisement.
