Service consultation
Our clinic offers dozens of treatments that can help solve a wide range of concerns. You don’t need to know in advance which procedure to choose – simply come in for a consultation, and together we’ll find the most suitable treatment or solution.
Consultations usually precede procedures such as beauty injections, laser treatments, plasma therapy, and many others.
During the consultation, the specialist will determine:
- the condition of your skin or health;
- the most suitable treatment or service;
- the amount of product required to achieve the desired result;
- the necessary number of procedures.
The consultation lasts up to 15 minutes, during which you can ask anything about the procedure, preparation, and recovery.
Paid dermatologist appointment
Dermatologist Dr Anastas Piruzyan at Decus Clinic is a highly experienced specialist whose knowledge and skills have been gained from universities and clinics across Europe and Russia.
Dr Piruzyan provides consultations on various skin diseases and conditions. He also performs numerous skin-related aesthetic procedures that require specific expertise.
The doctor pays particular attention to examining skin lesions. Treatment may include medication therapy or the removal of benign tumours, and in some cases, surgical intervention may be required.
Appointments with the dermatologist are available without a referral.
Cosmetic surgery consultation
Cosmetic surgery consultations at Decus Clinic are offered by ENT specialist Dr Igor Svirgun.
In addition to facial plastic surgery (procedures for the face and neck area), he performs eyelid and nose surgeries and also provides consultations for breast plastic surgery.
If you are considering cosmetic surgery and would like more information about the operation, you are welcome to book a consultation with Dr Svirgun.

Consultations are optional. If you already know exactly which service you would like, a consultation is not strictly necessary.
A consultation is intended for those who would like more information before making a decision or who are unsure which treatment would best address their concern.
For example, the range of injectable treatments is extensive, and understanding the differences and benefits of each one can take time. It’s much easier to come for a consultation, where the specialist will introduce all the options – helping you find the treatment that suits your needs and budget best.
Our dermatologist is an experienced medical specialist with in-depth knowledge of dermato-oncology. This means they can advise on all types of skin conditions. For example, many patients visit Dr Piruzyan for mole checks.
A full skin examination is always included in the appointment – even if you come with a specific issue, such as the removal of skin lesions.

Appointments with dermatologists are chargeable, regardless of any additional procedures performed during the same visit.
Consultations with cosmetic surgeons are also subject to a fee.
