Inbank hire purchase is a flexible payment solution that allows you to split a larger expense into smaller monthly payments and pay for products and services in instalments. You can use Inbank hire purchase both in the Decus online store and at the clinic.

Choose a payment period that suits you and spread the purchase amount over up to 6 years. You can use the service straight away and start making payments the following month.

Applying for hire purchase is easy!

The same terms apply when using Inbank hire purchase at the clinic, and a Decus administrator will assist you with the application.

The interest rate of Inbank hire purchase is 20.83% per year under the following example conditions: purchase amount €1,500, contract period 48 months, interest rate 10.9% of the purchase amount, contract fee €5, down payment €0, monthly administration fee €0, monthly instalment €45.37, total credit cost €2,177.16. The financial service is provided by AS Inbank Finance. Before signing the agreement, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of the financial service and consult a specialist if necessary.

Decus online store terms of sale

1. General terms

1.1. These terms of sale apply to the purchase of service vouchers and gift cards from the Decus online store.

1.2. The seller operating the online store is Decus International OÜ, registry code 12970719, address J. Sütiste tee 19a, 13419 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail info@decus.ee, phone +37251937000.

1.3. Prices displayed in the online store are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

2. Placing and paying for an order

2.1. Service vouchers and gift cards can be purchased from the Decus online store.

2.2. Purchases made in the online store can be paid for by bank transfer or using Inbank hire purchase. Inbank hire purchase is also available at the Decus clinic. The hire purchase terms and further information are provided at the beginning of this page.

2.3. When paying by bank transfer, the purchased service voucher or gift card will be issued once the payment has been received in the bank account of Decus International OÜ.

2.4. The service voucher or gift card will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the buyer when placing the order.

3. Service vouchers

3.1. A service voucher entitles the holder to use the Decus service specified on the voucher.

3.2. A service voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

3.3. A service voucher may only be used to pay for the service specified on the voucher. It cannot be used to pay for other services or products.

3.4. Purchasing a service voucher does not automatically book an appointment. An appointment must be booked separately to use the service.

3.5. The service must be used within the voucher’s validity period. The voucher cannot be extended after its expiry date.

3.6. A service voucher is transferable and may be used by someone other than the person who purchased it.

3.7. If the customer cannot find the electronic voucher sent to them, they can contact Decus.

4. Gift cards

4.1. The Decus gift card is electronic and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

4.2. A gift card is transferable and may be used by someone other than the person who purchased it.

4.3. A gift card can be used to pay for products and services both in the Decus online store and at the Decus clinic.

4.4. A gift card can be used multiple times until the balance has been used in full or the card expires.

4.5. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference can be paid separately.

4.6. If the purchase amount is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases until the card expires.

4.7. Customers can check the balance of their electronic gift card at any time.

4.8. The gift card can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

4.9. Any unused balance will expire when the gift card expires. The validity of the gift card cannot be extended.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an unused service voucher or gift card purchased from the online store within 14 days.

5.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

5.3. To withdraw from the contract, the customer must send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to Decus by e-mail at info@decus.ee.

5.4. After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, service vouchers and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Refunds

6.1. In the event of a valid withdrawal, Decus will refund the amount paid by the customer no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal.

6.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

7. Complaints

7.1. If a customer has any questions or complaints regarding a purchase made in the online store, they can contact Decus by e-mail at info@decus.ee or by phone at +37251937000.

7.2. Decus will respond to a consumer’s written complaint within the time limit prescribed by law.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes relating to purchases made in the online store through negotiation.

8.2. If a dispute between the consumer and Decus cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
