Restore your skin's fresh, rested appearance. Mesotherapy, also known as vitamin injections, helps improve skin hydration, elasticity and texture while reducing the appearance of fine lines.

Why choose mesotherapy?

Deep hydration

Products containing hyaluronic acid increase the skin’s moisture levels, leaving it softer, smoother and more elastic.

A fresher, more radiant complexion

Mesotherapy helps restore radiance to dull, tired-looking skin. The result is naturally beautiful skin without an artificial-looking change.

Reduces fine lines

Mesotherapy helps make the first signs of ageing less noticeable. Superficial wrinkles are less visible when the skin is well hydrated.

How does mesotherapy work?

Mesotherapy is an injectable treatment in which a product containing hyaluronic acid and other active ingredients is introduced into the skin. It is often referred to as vitamin injections because some products also contain vitamins, amino acids and minerals.

The treatment consists of three stages:

  1. Skin assessment. The specialist assesses your skin concerns and selects a suitable product.
  2. Mesotherapy injections. The product is administered into the chosen area through a series of small injections.
  3. Aftercare and treatment plan. You receive recommendations on how to care for your skin. If necessary, we arrange follow-up treatments.

At Decus Beauty Clinic, we use a range of mesotherapy products, including FILLMED NCTF 135 HA. The choice of product depends on your skin’s condition and the desired results.

Vitamin injections for the face – what do they contain?

Mesotherapy products vary in composition. For example, FILLMED NCTF 135 HA contains hyaluronic acid alongside a blend of vitamins, amino acids and other ingredients.

Hyaluronic acid helps improve skin hydration. The other ingredients are selected according to the intended purpose of each product.

Decus offers several mesotherapy products, allowing the treatment to be tailored to your skin’s needs rather than relying on a single universal solution.

Natural-looking results without changing your facial contours

Unlike dermal fillers, the primary purpose of mesotherapy is not to add volume or reshape facial contours.

It is intended for those who want to improve their skin quality, leaving it looking fresher, more hydrated and well cared for while preserving their natural appearance.

What results can you expect from mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is designed to improve skin quality. Depending on the product used, your skin’s condition and the number of treatments, you may notice several improvements:

  • Skin feels softer and more hydrated.
  • A dull complexion looks fresher and more radiant.
  • Skin texture and elasticity improve.
  • Fine lines and superficial wrinkles become less noticeable.
  • The face looks more rested without the volume changes associated with dermal fillers.

The first improvements in skin hydration and appearance may be noticeable after just one treatment. A course of mesotherapy is needed to achieve longer-lasting results.

The number of treatments and intervals between them depend on the product used. A Decus specialist will create a suitable treatment plan.

Which areas can be treated with mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy helps hydrate facial skin and improve its texture and elasticity. It is particularly suitable if your skin feels dry, looks dull or tired, and you want a fresher complexion.

Dry skin and fine lines around the eyes can make you look tired. Certain mesotherapy products are specifically designed to improve skin quality in this area.

The neck and décolletage are areas where dryness and loss of elasticity can become noticeable early on. Mesotherapy helps improve skin quality in these areas.

The skin on your hands can also become drier and thinner over time. A suitable mesotherapy product can support skin hydration and elasticity in this area.

Mesotherapy or biorevitalisation?

Both are injectable treatments designed to improve skin quality, and their purposes may partly overlap.

  • Mesotherapy: often involves hyaluronic acid combined with vitamins, amino acids and other ingredients.
  • Biorevitalisation: focuses primarily on intensive hydration and improving skin quality through hyaluronic acid.

Both mesotherapy and biorevitalisation help address dry skin and the first signs of ageing. The most suitable treatment depends on your skin’s individual characteristics. A Decus beauty specialist will help you choose the right option.

How to prepare for mesotherapy

Before the treatment, the specialist will ask about any medication you take, allergies, recent skin treatments and your health conditions.

If possible, arrive without make-up. If you have active skin inflammation, herpes or another condition that could affect the safety of the injections, inform the clinic before your appointment.

Temporary redness, swelling, small bumps or bruising may occur at the injection sites. These may remain visible even if you feel well.

After treatment, follow the aftercare instructions provided by your Decus specialist. Immediately after the injections, it is important to avoid irritating the skin and protect it from excessive heat and sun exposure.

Frequently asked questions

Mesotherapy is an injectable treatment designed to improve skin hydration, elasticity and texture. Hyaluronic acid and, depending on the product, vitamins, amino acids or other active ingredients are introduced into the skin through a series of small injections.

Vitamin injections is a common term for mesotherapy because many mesotherapy products contain vitamins. However, not all mesotherapy products have the same composition.

During mesotherapy, you may feel small pricks, tingling or pressure. The level of discomfort depends on the treatment area and your individual pain threshold.
At Decus, we use a modern injection device that delivers the product evenly into the skin and makes the procedure as painless as possible. Compared with manual injections, the treatment is considerably easier to tolerate.

Mesotherapy is often performed as a course of treatments. The number of sessions required depends on your skin’s condition, the product used and your desired results. A specialist will determine the appropriate treatment plan.

Results generally last around 6 months. However, their duration depends on the product used, your skin’s condition and individual factors.
Maintenance treatments can be performed as needed to preserve the results.

You can usually return to your daily activities after mesotherapy. However, redness, swelling, small bumps at the injection sites or bruising may occur. It is therefore advisable to schedule your treatment well in advance of an important event to allow sufficient recovery time.

Mesotherapy improves skin hydration, making fine, superficial lines less noticeable. Other aesthetic medicine treatments are more suitable for addressing deep wrinkles and expression lines.

Mesotherapy is designed to improve skin quality, while dermal fillers are primarily used to restore volume and enhance facial contours. These treatments serve different purposes and do not replace one another.

Yes. Suitability for mesotherapy depends on skin condition and desired results rather than gender. Both women and men can choose mesotherapy to improve skin hydration, elasticity and overall appearance.

No single product is best for every skin concern. Decus offers several mesotherapy products, including NCTF 135 HA. A specialist will select a suitable option based on your skin’s needs.

The cost depends on the product used and the quantity required. You can find prices for different mesotherapy treatments in the Decus price list, and our specialist will help you choose a suitable option.

Mesotherapy can be performed throughout the year, but it is important to follow aftercare and sun protection recommendations after the injections. The most suitable time for treatment depends, among other factors, on your skin’s condition and the product used.
